Return policy
Product is accepted for full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. If you made your purchase using an account created on joshstoysandgames.com that is connected with your email address and/or phone number this policy is extended to a total of 30 days.
Item(s) must be sealed and unopened in undamaged condition.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted on seasonal items, edible products, stuffed animals/plush, collectible card game products (including but not limited to Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh), remote-controlled vehicles, special orders, demo/floor models, gift certificates, or store credits.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or delay returns/exchanges for any reason. Gift receipts are valid for exchange only. Gift certificates and store credits can only be redeemed for product.

Once your return/exchange is received by us, it may take up to 14 business days for processing. Once your return/exchange is processed, we will issue your refund/credit within 7 business days. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit/store credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Please note that some banks (especially when using debit cards) may take 1-2 weeks to show a credit in your account - we have no ability to control this speed. If it's been a while, get in contact with us and we'll make sure we make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are only responsible for items once they have arrived and been secured by our team.
